These two options include materials, labor and the Residential Construction Guarantee (GCR) for the portion of the project carried out by Struktäll. By choosing the option that best suits your needs, you are able to better control the cost of your construction, depending on your level of involvement and the level of customization sought.

Self-build formula (structure)

House structure delivered and assembled by our experts, on location. This stage includes the building structure, exterior doors, windows, roof covering, air barrier and interior divisions. This formula excludes the foundation, exterior cladding, kitchen, bathroom(s), plumbing, electricity, gypsum installation, jointing, painting and floor covering.

SELF-CONSTRUCTION, BEFORE TAXES AND DELIVERY, FROM

Turnkey formula (foundation, structure and finish)

House structure delivered and assembled by our experts, on location. This stage includes the building structure, exterior doors, windows, roof covering, air barrier and interior divisions. This formula includes the foundation, exterior cladding, plumbing, electricity, laying of the gypsum, joints, paint and flooring. This formula excludes the finishing of the bathroom and the kitchen. The price may vary depending on the choice of materials and the type of foundation chosen.

TURNKEY FORMULA, BEFORE TAXES AND DELIVERY, FROM

In order to properly prepare your project, we recommend that you include the following elements in your planning and budget: the visit of a land surveyor, a technologist for the soil tests, financing your mortgage and the preparation of the land with an excavator, because these steps are essential to complete the realization of your project and are not part of Struktäll’s offer.
